Your FLOW
“For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.” ― Aristotle
The research is in; those who do the action do the learning!
To see results we have to do the work.
I have made it my goal to discover how to create change through embracing action and I am here to support you on your path- as you connect to your authentic FLOW.
Meet Erin-
As a higher education practitioner for more than 15 years (M.S. Corporate and Professional Communication and M.Ed. in Instructional Design with a focus on adult learners), as well as a reiki practitioner since 2010, I have had the privilege of assisting diverse learners in mindfully integrating theory and experience in such a way that enables them to develop their own unique communication style as a representation of their authentic selves.

The concepts I present, based on research, promote greater self-awareness, a deeper connection to our spiritual center, and the foundations for authentic approaches to all our interactions - yet they are confined to the limits of the classroom...

I knew there had to be a way to share this with a wider audience - to help more people find their authentic voice, to challenge deep, personal beliefs and constructs in a safe space, that encourages self-healing through self-expression. While building a new paradigm that serves our true purpose.

The wheels have been turning for quite a while and I have had some real ups and downs on my own journey. After attending graduate school (the first time) and entering the business world, it was not long before I was told my transparency and empathy were limitations.

That never resonated with my sense of self.
Free tip: Any time your internal alarms go off- any time your higher self does not align with a reflected appraisal offered by someone else about how they see you- do not permit yourself to allow that into your energy. Do not internalize the message. When we have to try to force ourselves to be something we are not, I want to you to think: Red Alert- get out of there.
Moving out of a corporate career and into the classroom in 2005 has offered me the chance to develop my own voice - to take the research on how people learn and marry that with foundations and principles for interpersonal communication to generate a unique approach to coaching that promotes lifelong changes through action research.

I have been beaten down with insults and "not good enough" remarks from Ph.D.’s from the biggest schools. I have been demoted for being passionate about ethics and following the science of how people learn.
Along the way, I lost my best friend and mentor of 20 years and it all seemed to hit at once. I found my way into depression and internalized “not good enough,” and became my own worst critic.

What I have learned is that through creating connections, through allowing and creating space for both silence and authentic, mindful interactions, we can all find our way back to ourselves, and it is now my life’s mission to assist others to connect to their own flow through decisions based in loving kindness.

Life, just like learning, is not about the destination, it is about taking mindful and authentic approaches to showing up and to standing up. It would be my honor to coach you as you work to claim your power and purpose and reconnect with YOUR FLOW!
